While each project varies slightly here are our basic payment terms:

Payment Terms

20% of balance at first prototype.
20% when site design is approved
40% of balance when properties are loaded and site is in final review status
20% of balance at site approval

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Checks, Discover, and cash. On occasion, we will trade for services.

We expect payment within 15 days or late fees will apply of $20 or 5% of the invoice amount. If you disagree with a billing please discuss it when you receive the invoice.

Business Approach

We prefer to work with email as much as possible. While not as personal, it reduces ms-understandings and allows people to better share ideas among their other team members.

When designing sites we will start with your company logo or corporate colors. If you do not have that type of structure we often use templates as a starting point. We have found that templates are an excellent way to shorten a project.

Once we know the look you want we will either start with a selected template or base our design on your chosen look.

Once a look is established we will proceed with content pages and other features. A nice thing about our approach is that with the use of our templates we can make basic changes with ease.

One issue we will occassionaly need to address is that when providing content to us it needs to be in a final stage. If we have given you a non-hourly based bid we are assuming that content is complete when you send it. If not, other charges may be applied.

Your web site is a key part of your business presentation. We want to work with you to make that presentation everything it can be.
