to the investing page only this one targets the owner. As a neat income opportunity here you can
work with your other vendors to sponsor an article. For example, an article on termites could be sponsored by an
exterminator. They pay you a flat
amount, or give you credit for future services and the articles becomes
sponsored by them which gives them more of a web presence.

Property Services (Links Page)

This
area will serve as a links page and a source of revenue for the site. If one of
your vendors already has a website you can provide a simple link to their site
in return for a reciprocal link. This
is useful for search engine rankings.
If they do not have a web presence you can offer them space on yours for a
slight fee. Assuming you proceed with
plans to advertise the site you will have an easy sales job pointing out to
them that your advertising will expose their business. Their presence on the site could take the
form of a full information page or a mini-website complete with contact forms.
To sweeten the deal for them you can offer them a discounted hourly rate from
me. Or I credit you a percentage of
their bill as a credit for photography servces.

Task Descriptions
Art Sprague Consulting shall create a dynamic web presence
for using a variety of web and graphic design tools.
Photography of properties will also be provided using
artificial and natural lighting methods.
Hall Properties shall provide text on company info,
properties, and contest information.
Art Sprague Consulting will provide a privacy statement for
review.
Task Schedule
Preliminary web site 5 business days start date determined
by signed agreement
Changes to the preliminary site 2-3 business days upon
completion of customer input
Submission to search engines 1 business day. Art
Sprague Consulting shall submit the web web site to various "free"
engines using meta tags, keywords and URL. Note: search engines may
require 2-4 weeks to authorize site submission. Future submissions will
be provide by Art Sprague Consulting
Property photography schedule to be provided.
Cost of Services
Site design: colors navigation look of the site. $200

Property pages $40 an hour for photography. This includes lighting and
travel time. $30 per property to place them on the site and create navigation.
Additional changes in design or pages are billed at $35 an hour.
Maintenance Agreement
Monthly
maintenance is defined as any changes or updates to the site as necessary as to
conform to the original intent of the site and the signed contract.
Maintenance tasks shall be performed at the request of Hall Properties.
Basic maintenance is included in the hosting fees. Additional changes to the
site shall be billed at $40 and will be agreed upon.
